In AutoReach Professional Unless there are multiple agents calling down a list, we recommend lists of a few hundred contacts at most. If you have too many records, AutoReach will notify you in the UI.
In a multi-agent shared list the recommendation is to limit a list to a thousand records. If you have a CSV file with more records than that, the recommendation is to split that file into multiple lists. If you are creating a list that will not be shared but needs to have more than a few hundred records, we recommend to select the multiple agent checkbox.
