AutoReach CRM
AutoReach Campaign Management includes a lite CRM for you to store all your records. Before you can import contacts into AutoReach CRM, you need to add all of the necessary custom fields that are relevant to your business. These are the use cases to consider when you map over custom fields from your data source into AutoReach:
- What fields do you want your agents to see?
- What fields will you be using to filter the CRM into dynamic Lists and Campaigns? (examples: Lead Status, State, etc)
Under Custom Fields on the navigation menu bar, you can determine what fields you’d like to have appear in AutoReach CRM.
There will be a number of predefined fields that come out-of-the-box which cannot be removed. We also allow you to create additional custom fields that are unique to your business.
Adding Custom Fields
Create your own custom fields by clicking New (see image below)
Below is an example that you can follow and here is what you’ll need to configure:
- Internal Field Name: should be in lowercase letters and use an underscore (_) as a space to separate words
- Example: account_owner
- Label: is what’s displayed in AutoReach CRM. There are no character or format limitations that you need to adhere to
- Example: Account Owner
- Type: a field type determines the format on the field values.
- Example: string of characters for words, integers for numbers, time, date, etc
- Default Value is a preset value for a field
- Fieldset allows you to organize a group of fields under an overarching umbrella word. For example, you might create an overarching fieldset called Address and then you can have fields roll up into it such as Street Name, City, State, Country, etc
- Filterable: select this box if you’d like to filter against this custom field. For example, you might want to filter against Lead Score to build lists
- Required: select this box if you’d like to have a mandatory value in this field. Note that all future records will need to have this field filled out or else the record creation or import will fail
- Visible By Agents select this box if you want all users to see this field in AutoReach CRM
- Editable By Agents select this box if you want all users to be able to change the values in this field
