- A) - Agents have the ability to create lists for themselves (if enabled) or they can be assigned lists. To view their respective lists, an agent can select All Campaigns, All Lists, or All Scheduled Callbacks. Clicking into one of these options will bring you to all of the available lists that you can call down (see above)
- B) - The Potentially Actionable Tasks column shows the number of potentially active tasks due across the agent(s) assigned to each respective list
- This number represents the number of cadence steps currently due or ready to be actioned upon by an agent
- This number may fluctuate due to various factors for reasons such as (but not limited to): members of the list being removed from a list for no longer meeting the list's filter criteria, AutoReach detecting a contact having an invalid number, successful dispositions removing members from future cadence steps, etc
- It is best practice to select the History button (as seen in bullet C) to learn more about what step of the cadence each member is at or has completed
- This number represents the number of cadence steps currently due or ready to be actioned upon by an agent
- C) - Any user has the ability to click the History button to track how the list is progressing results to date. The expanded mode should look like this:
- Responded: percentage of successfully dispositioned records that are removed from all future cadence steps
- Did Not Respond: percentage of records that have finished all cadence steps and have not been marked with a successful dispositions. This statistic also factors in records that have been canceled as a result of a DNC number match or a failed field validation (ex missing phone number)
- In Progress: percentage of records that still have outstanding cadence steps to be completed
- Removed: percent of contacts removed due to a lists dynamic filter evaluating the contact no longer fits the criteria of the list
- Canceled: percentage of contacts AutoReach was unable to complete a cadence step for. Reasons could include a contact being added to the DNC list and invalid numbers
- Completed Cadence: current status of records which can be active (no) or inactive (yes)
- Completed Step: the cadence step number in which the members' cadence step gets marked with a Successful Disposition. This will remain N/A if a successful disposition has not been selected on a cadence step for this member.
- Result: outcome of the record
- Result Reason: the explanation for the current result such as a cadence is ongoing, a contact was removed from the list, they were added to the DNC list, etc.
- Priority: members with a priority status as discussed in the Member Priority section
- Next Step Sequence Number: represents the next cadence step in the overall cadence schedule
- Next Step Action Since: days in which the current cadence step is overdue
- History: outlines the completed cadence steps and the one that’s upcoming. Clicking into the View link will bring you to this view:
