When dialing multiple contacts simultaneously, there will be instances when multiple contacts answer the phone at the same time. If no agents are available to take the call, AutoReach will play a prerecorded message and then end the call.
This is called an Abandonment Message.
To upload an abandonment message into AutoReach:
- Navigate to Account Settings in AutoReach
- Scroll down to the Abandonment Message setting
- Upload an MP3 recording of the message to be played upon a call abandonment
- This MP3 can be up to 30 seconds long
- Select Save at the bottom of the page
