Custom Zoom role for AutoReach users
To begin using AutoReach for Zoom, a user must have the required scopes to access the dialer application. These settings must be configured in Zoom by the account owner before your team can start using AutoReach.
Users with an existing admin role in Zoom automatically receive these scopes. For users with different roles, these scopes are not included, and a custom role needs to be created. To do this, follow these steps:
Before you can use AutoReach, the owner of your Zoom account must set it up in Zoom. Refer to this Zoom article for a step-by-step guide through the process.
1: Create a new “role” in Zoom
2: Enable the following scopes for the role
User
user:view: admin
Phone
phone:view: admin,
phone:edit: admin
3: Add all AutoReach users to that role
Once this process is complete, your designated users will be able to log into AutoReach
