Records can be manually imported and/or automatically synced from an external application (ex Salesforce, Hubspot, homegrown, etc.)
- Click CRM on the navigation menu bar (on the left side of the UI) to access AutoReach CRM and begin in the import/creation process
- As shown in the diagram in List Building Cycle and Fundamentals, records can be uploaded either manually or automatically via a recurring sync.
Important: Formats to consider when importing contacts:
- Name fields should be broken up by First Name and Last Name
- Date formats must follow YYYY-MM-DD
Manual Methods
- Option 1a - CSV Import:
- Click Import to add a list of records with our visual importer. You can either:

- Upload data from file via .csv, .tsc, or .txt and follow the step-by-step instructions
- Select Upload Data From File
- Identify which row from your data file contains a column header
- If you do not have a column header, please select No Header Row
- Confirm the mapping and matching of fields in AutoReach against the fields from your imported data file

- If there is no exact match, you have the option of mapping the field to an available AutoReach field via the dropdown picklist (see image above), or completely ignore the column
- If there is no match that fits and you’d like the column to be imported into Autoreach CRM, you’ll have to create a new custom field that matches that column header. Please see Setting up your CRM for more instructions.
- If there’s a match, you have the option to Confirm Mapping or Ignore this column entirely.
- Once you’ve finalized your field mapping, select Review.
- If everything looks correct, you can select Continue to submit your data import

- Option 1b - Individually create records: you’ll also have the ability to create records individually by clicking the New button inside of AutoReach CRM
Automatic methods w/ recurring syncs
- Option 2a - AutoReach-manged integrations: AutoReach has a number of pre-built CRM integrations that you can take advantage of including Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics, Zoho, and more. Additionally we can help facilitate a custom integration into any of your business applications with the appropriate APIs. AutoReach and your application of choice will have a sync interval as low as every 5-minutes to 24 hours.
