Create a Team
Users can be grouped into teams for organizational and list assignment purposes. For example, teams can represent an entire department, a sub-division within a department, or even a skillset.
- Select Teams on the AutoReach site navigation menu bar
- Select New
- Enter a name for your team in the Name field
- Select the members of the team you would like to add to the team in the Assignees field
- Select the Create button to save the Team
